Liinks Joins 1% for the Planet to Support Environmental Sustainability

At Liinks, we’re excited to announce our commitment to the environment by joining 1% for the Planet—a global movement of businesses giving back to the Earth through real, impactful action. As a member of 1% for the Planet, we are pledging to donate at least 1% of our annual revenue to organizations dedicated to environmental protection and sustainability, with a special focus on supporting local initiatives here in New York.

What is 1% for the Planet?

1% for the Planet is a global network founded in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, the founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, the founder of Blue Ribbon Flies. Recognizing the environmental impact that businesses have, Chouinard and Mathews created this initiative to inspire companies to give back directly to the planet. The mission is simple yet powerful: members commit to donating 1% of their annual sales to environmental causes.

Since its inception, 1% for the Planet has grown into a respected, worldwide movement, bringing together businesses, nonprofits, and individuals who care deeply about protecting our planet. Members support various environmental projects, from wildlife conservation and climate action to sustainable agriculture and pollution reduction. To date, more than $435 million has been invested in environmental organizations through the network, making a lasting impact across the globe.

Our Commitment at Liinks

As part of this commitment, Liinks pledges to donate at least 1% of our annual revenue to environmental nonprofits.
